On a rolling basis, the International Evidence-Based Histopathology Working Group is accepting applications for research fellowships. The fellowship will consists of working on meta-analysis and systematic reviews on topics related to histology, pathology, and microsurgical anatomy.  Fellows will be both trained in evidence-based research methods and will also be engaged in original lab research projects related to histology and pathology as well.


International students are welcome to apply and work via digital communications (i.e. Skype) from their home institutions.



  • Currently enrolled in medical school (3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th year students only) OR in a PhD program in a related field (i.e. anatomy, pathology, histology, etc.).  

  • Prior research experience as demonstrated by a publication in a peer reviewed journal or a presentation at an international conference.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
